U.S. Poultry and Egg Export Council and WPF Collaborate in South Africa

From the USPEEC:

Over 240 South African poultry farmers have learned new business and financial management skills in a series of workshops by the World Poultry Foundation, with support grants from US government agencies. The programme is in line with a US commitment to uplifting early stage and small-scale poultry farmers in South Africa. Workshops on financial management and sustainable farming methods were undertaken around South Africa, with support from US Department of Agriculture (USDA), the South African Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF), with the support of the Kwazulu Natal Poultry Institute (KZNPI) and the Future Farmers Foundation of South Africa. Meet the farmers, trainers and support organisations.
